Depending on the meal plan package that you choose, we have our weekly weight loss meal plan that consists of 1, 2, or 3 meals per day, for 5 or 6 days per week. 

  • Even with minimal exercise, this weekly weight loss meal plan will enable you to lose weight provided that you follow it rigorously.
  • The breakfast lunch and dinner options on this plan will consist of approx 1300 calories per day.
  • Breakfast meals are usually between 250-300 calories.
  • Lunch and dinner meals are between 450-550 calories per meal with 40g protein per meal.
