• Our weight loss plan consists of 1, 2, or 3 meals per day, for 5 or 6 days per week depending on the package that you choose.
• We have designed this plan to enable you to lose weight, even with minimal exercise.
• The breakfast lunch and dinner option on this plan will consist of approx 1300 calories per day.
• Lunch and dinner meals are between 450-550 calories per meal with 40g protein per meal.
• Breakfast meals are between 250-300 calories.
Order Weekly Plan• Our weight maintain/gain plan consists of 1, 2, or 3 meals per day, for 5 or 6 days per week depending on the package that you choose.
• The Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner option on this plan will consist of approx 1900 calories per day.
