What if I don’t like a meal on the menu?

You can substitute any meals you don’t like for another within the same delivery. Any menu changes can go in the menu changes section when ordering.

How far do you deliver?

We deliver meal plans anywhere in Ireland, North and South

Are the calories and macros listed on each meal?

Yes, all our meals in each meal plan come with the calorie and macro breakdown on the label.

Are the meals listed on MyFitness Pal app?

Yes, all our meals come with a unique barcode linking it to MyFitness Pal, simply scan for easy tracking.

When is the order deadline?

The order deadline is Thursday at midnight for the following week.

Can the meals be frozen?

All of our meals are delivered fresh so that you can enjoy them without having to freeze, However if necessary they can be frozen on the day of delivery.

If I have an incomplete or damaged order what do I do?

If you notice an issue with your order please contact us on +44 (0)2890 611 039 or email info@reubensmeals.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your order.

When will my plan be delivered?

All orders placed before the cut off (Thursday at midnight) will be delivered:

Sunday 3pm-9:30pm

Wednesday 6pm-9:30pm

WEEKLY Weight Loss Meal Plans

• Our weight loss plan consists of 1, 2, or 3 meals per day, for 5 or 6 days per week depending on the package that you choose.

• We have designed this plan to enable you to lose weight, even with minimal exercise.

• The breakfast lunch and dinner option on this plan will consist of approx 1300 calories per day.

• Lunch and dinner meals are between 450-550 calories per meal with 40g protein per meal.

• Breakfast meals are between 250-300 calories.

WEEKLY Weight Maintain/Gain Meal Plans

• Our weight maintain/gain plan consists of 1, 2, or 3 meals per day, for 5 or 6 days per week depending on the package that you choose.

• The Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner option on this plan will consist of approx 1900 calories per day.

• Lunch and Dinner meals are between 750-850 calories per meal with 60g protein per meal.
• Breakfast meals are between 350-400 calories.
