Home Delivery Questions
Our plans consist of 1, 2 or 3 meals per day, for 5 or 6 days per week depending on the plan you choose. There is also the option to have the monthly meal plan.
Weight Loss Plan
The Weight Loss Plan totals to approximately 1,300cals for three meals. Breakfast meals are between 250cals-300cals, lunch and dinner meals are between 450-550cals.
Weight Gain/Maintain Plan
The Weight Loss Plan totals to approximately 1,900cals for three meals. Breakfast meals are between 350-400cals, lunch and dinner meals are between 750-850cals.
Visit our website and select the meal plan which suits you. Meal plans can be ordered weekly, or monthly.
The cut off is Wednesday at midnight to secure the meals for the week ahead. This is to ensure we can process, plan and prepare your order. Any orders placed after this time will be processed for the following week.
All orders placed before the cut off (Wednesday at midnight) will be delivered:
GREATER BELFAST AREA
Sunday 12-4pm
Wednesday 5-9pm
NORTHERN IRELAND
Monday 10am-9:30pm
Thursday 9am-6pm
We deliver meal plans anywhere in Northern Ireland.
All deliveries are sent by specialist courier. Our meals are packed in Reuben's boxes with temperature-controlled packaging to ensure freshness!
Meal Questions
You can substitute any meals you don’t like for another within the same delivery. Any menu changes can go in the menu changes section when ordering.
Yes, all our meals in each meal plan come with the calorie and macro breakdown on the label.
Yes, all our meals come with a unique barcode linking it to MyFitness Pal, simply scan for easy tracking.
Absolutely not- we take care of that for you! Our hassle-free meals are packaged in microwave safe packaging, all you have to do is follow the easy cooking instructions on the packaging.
All our meals are delivered fresh so you can enjoy them without having to freeze the meals. However, if necessary, the meals can be frozen on the day of delivery.
At present we do not offer these meal plan options. We highlight any ingredients in bold on our packaging which may contain potential allergens.

Our meals are found in shops all over Northern Ireland, you can find the nearest shop on our stockists page.
We supply meals from our Eat-Well Range, Asian Range and Gastro Range. In addition to our meals, we also supply overnight oats and energy balls.
